That’s right she’s baaack. Janet Jackson officially announced she’s headed back on tour!
Jackson took time off and postponed her “Unbreakable Tour” last year via Twitter saying “my husband and I are planning our family.”
Well, one healthy baby boy Eissa and 1 multi-million dollar divorce later, she is ready to resume touring. Janet kept it real with all of her fans on her website video by saying, “Yes, I separated from my husband. We are in court. And the rest is in God’s hands.”
Jackson added “I’m continuing my tour as promised!… I’m so excited you guys. I’m changing the name to the ‘State of the World’ tour. It’s not about politics. It’s about people, the world, relationships and just love.”
There is certainly no love lost for Janet taking her hiatus to expand her family and you can bet that nobody will, “Sleeep” on her returning to the stage in true “Ms. Jackson” form. Her ‘State of the World’ tour launches this fall with the first date in September at the Lafayette Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana.
