Usher’s wife, Grace Miguel, has officially filed for divorce after one month of separation. According to TMZ, Grace filed documents on Tuesday (April 10th) citing irreconcilable differences. The couple were together for 10 years and married in 2015.
Usher and Grace announced their separation on March 6th. They released a joint statement, saying, “After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives. The enormous amount of love and respect that we have for each other will only increase as we move forward.”

- In other news, according to The Blast, Usher’s ex-wife, Tameka Foster, wants her custody agreement to be registered in California now that she and Usher are permanent residents. In court documents obtained by The Blast, Foster filed a registration of out of state custody order to move the agreement from Georgia to California. She said that both her and Usher have moved from Georgia since the order was first agreed to in 2009. The documents also note, “A modification of support child support may be appropriate due to change of circumstances.”
