On Monday, April 23rd, Janet Jackson announced 11 new tour dates for her State of the World tour which will begin on July 11th in Austin, Texas. The tour is scheduled to wrap on August 7th in Tampa, Florida. Tickets for the new dates will be available to the general public on April 27th on LiveNation.com and Citicard members will have access to pre-sale tickets.
In addition to the new tour dates, Janet, who is 51 years-old, will headline several festivals including the Panorama, Outside Lands and FYF Fest.
