Michael Jordan, the NBA’s greatest player, wants to become a team owner.

Michael Jordan is doing all he can to buy controling shares of the Charlotte Bobcats from owner Bob Johnson.

“He said he’s doing his best to put himself in a position to get the team,” Brown said. “He wants it badly.”

Johnson wants to sell the unprofitable Bobcats, and NBA commissioner David Stern said that he expects the deal within two months.

However, Michael Jordan may have competition in buying the Bobcats. Former Houston Rockets executive George Postolos is also making inquiries about the team.
