Checkers Restaurant Invites The City Out For 713 Day Food & Fun

For over 5 years, Rapper Slim Thug has partnered with America’s #1 French Fry restaurant, Checkers, to bring the community various events ranging from collecting gifts for the holidays for local organizations, providing lunch for HBCU students during the Final Four Weekend, feeding families in Cuney homes and more. Both Slim Thug and Checkers have a deep love for connecting and serving the community. For Houston’s favorite holiday, 713 Day, Checkers has teamed back up with Slim Thug to host a city-wide community day that will feature some of your favorite celebrities, free famous seasoned fries courtesy of the Fry Love Express, games, face painting for the kids, a meet & greet, a photo booth experience, music, and more. This community event will be hosted by national comedian, Chinedu. This is a family-friendly event and all are encouraged to attend.
