Charles Payne, who works for Fox News, is facing a lawsuit after the embattled Bill O'Reilly was fired from the network for his sexual harassment scandal.

His firing comes shortly after "The New York Times" reported that the 67-year-old conservative anchor and the network shelled out $13 million in sexual harassment lawsuits launched against him.

So far 21 advertisers have dropped the O’Reilly Factor after the sexual harassment claims were reported, including blue chip firms such as Mercedes, Glaxo-Smith Kline, BMW of North America and Lexus.

The California Congresswoman also had words for Fox News anchor Bill O' Reilly.

California Rep. Maxine Waters said that Bill O'Reilly "needs to go to jail" and that his network is a "sexual harassment enterprise" during an MSNBC interview Wednesday.

If you lie on the CNN anchor, he has no problem putting your sexual harassment lawsuits on blast.

On Tuesday night, the California Congresswomen got the last word on MSNBC's "All In With Chris Hayes."

On Tuesday's episode of Fox and Friends, Bill O'Reilly suggested he couldn't take Congresswoman Maxine Waters seriously because of her "James Brown wig."
