Actor Terrence Howard and his estranged wife Michelle have been going through a divorce and, according to a recent TMZ report, it’s getting more ugly.
Terrence Howard claims that his wife is racist and would often call him “monkey” and “n**ger”.
In court documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the actor claims Michelle was once a “loving, gentle” person who changed into a violent woman, once threating to have him killed by Russians.
Documents also include the actor claiming that his estranged wife is not black and has said that she “never wanted to marry a “n**ger” in the first place”.
Howard says that Michelle also attacked him twice with a bottle after she believed he was talking to other women.
The actor is asking for the court to issue a restraining order against his wife.
A hearing is set for January 17.
