Over the weekend, a man who was both a husband and a father was shot and killed in front of his wife and young daughter in a robbery gone terribly wrong. The shooting happened around midnight Saturday at the Miramar Apartments on Bissonnet at Synott in southwest Harris County.
Deputies stated that the family was returning to their apartment when they were ambushed by a group of four men. After the family pulled into a parking spot, the men appeared and demanded cash. According to authorities, one of the suspects shot and killed the father in front of his wife and daughter. The wife and daughter were not injured.
Police are looking for four Latino men believed to be driving a small car that is dark, possibly brown in color. If you can help in the case, you are urged to call police.
