Michael Jackson Performs At WembleyFriday marks the 30th anniversary of the release of Michael Jackson‘s landmark album “Thriller”.

In February of 2008, a 25th-anniversary edition of Thriller was released, and around that time, Michael’s record company released a video message from the King of Pop commenting on the album’s success:

“To be able to say that “Thriller” still holds the record as the biggest-selling album of all time is just mind-blowing,” Jackson said, in 2008. “I have you, my fans, throughout the world to thank for this achievement.”
