The next trial in the cases of three former Houston police officers accused of beating a teenage burglary suspect is scheduled for next month.
Raad Hassan, Phillip Bryan and Drew Ryser face misdemeanor charges for their roles in the 2010 beating of Chad Holley who was 15-years-old at the time. The incident was captured on surveillance video. A fourth former officer was acquitted in May.
