According to Pulse of Radio,
The Justice Department and leading Internet companies Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Facebook and LinkedIn have agreed to a compromise deal with the government that would allow the businesses to reveal how often they are ordered to turn over information about their customers for national security investigations. The deal would provide public information in general terms.
