She told us Thursday that she was about to file a countersuit when she learned that her former customer, Robert Wallace, had a change of heart.

He was suing her for what she said were gifts. Wallace gave her his heart, his soul and his Harry Potter DVD collection, along with other movies, a laptop and $1,800 cash.

We reached out to Wallace for a comment Thursday, but he said he had none.

“I’m just happy that it’s over,” Mims said. “I guess you could call it a minor victory.”
