HOUSTON – Do you have clothes, toys, food and other household items that you no longer need?

Take them over to the 30th Annual Clothing, Toy and Food Drive at the Jewish Community Center, located at 5601 South Braeswood, on Sunday, Dec. 5.

Donations, which will be given to the Star of Hope, will be collected from 7 a.m. to sundown.

Over the past 29 years, the program – founded and organized by Ed Gardner, CPA CFP, PFS – has benefited more than 243,000 needy Houstonians.

All you need to do is box and bag your dry food items and other donations and drive them to the collection site.

Volunteers are needed to help collect donations from cars and put them in the trailer.

If you’d like to help, call Ed Gardner at 713-629-1040.
