Today Vice President Joe Biden spoke at the NAACP Annual Convention in Houston and received a more welcomed response from attendees compared to Mitt Romney’s “not so welcomed” speech Wednesday.

During a speech Thursday morning before the NAACP convention crowd at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Vice Pres. Biden also said, “Education doesn’t play a major role” in Mitt Romney’s vision for America.
Biden appeared on behalf of Pres. Obama, who did leave a recorded video message for the convention audience.
