Number Of Black Teens Engaging In Sexual Activity Is Trending Down

The U.S. center for Disease Control and prevention is reporting a “dramatic” decline in activity among black teens and the number of those engaging in unprotected sex practices.
The CDC’s report exhibits the percentage of black teens who reported having sex fell from 82 percent in 1991 to 60 percent in 2011.
