The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency announces the rescue of hundreds of sexually exploited children as part of an international investigation and criminal take down.
Part of the rescue involved two children in Dallas, connected to 38-year-old William Noonan of Houston, who was arrested back in November for production, possession and distribution of child pornography.
