I got a chance to meet our History Maker and PV Graduate on yesterday at the PV’s National Alumni Association Houston Chapter Annual Mardi Gras Scholarship Luncheon. He was the Keynote Speaker and I learned of a Special Bill that he and others are working on it’s called the “Racial Justice Act”.
