Former Harris County Attorney Mike Driscoll has passed away. We’re told Driscoll died in his sleep at the age of 66.
He served as Harris County Attorney from 1981 to 1996. He left office due to complications from Parkinson’s Disease, cutting short his political career.
Current County Attorney Vince Ryan says Driscoll transformed the office into a powerful legal and political force during his tenure.
