HOUSTON – Founder of S.H.A.P.E. community center Deloyd Parker Jr. and Attorney Ben Hall  were featured on Sunday Morning Live to discuss the future of  the community center and happily announced that the center is not closing.

After investigation, it was determined that S.H.A.P.E. was not properly notified that there had been a lawsuit filed by the vendor against them in New Jersey  for an unpaid copier machine bill.

Despite having not received lawful notice of the lawsuit, Parker attempted to work out a settlement without success, meanwhile the company sold the judgement someone in Texas who executed a foreclosure.

Attorney Hall firms lobbied against the defense, and miraculously the same defense lawyers who was representing the vendor, presented someone who was willing to pay the debt.
