Terrence Howard has been evicted out of his New York City apartment. According to TMZ:
The court docs , which were filed in Manhattan says that Terrence’s lease on the West Broadway apartment ended in November 2012, but he kept living there until May 2013, until he was formally evicted.
The landlord is suing Terrence for unpaid rent as well as legal fees. This man really needs to get it together.
