Gospel duo, Mary Mary, have been sued by their manager Mitchell Solarek. According to TMZ:
His company Maximum Artist Group filed the suit in federal court in Tennessee, claiming that he signed a deal with the ladies back in 2011 to be their manager. He claimed that it reignited their careers and resulted in obtaining over $3 million in various deals, one including their We TV reality show Mary Mary. Solarek has claimed that the group owes him $75,000 in commissions. He also claimed that he was publicly fired on television. Solarek is asking a judge that he be paid in back commission and the loss of commission on future music, books, sponsorships, etc.
Oh wow! Mitch is going for it all! The new season of Mary Mary will premiere in February 2014 on We TV.
