Ever tried to quit smoking?  According to NBC News,

New research finds that tobacco addicts are most likely to think about quitting on a Monday. To find this, a team of researchers analyzed weekly Google search terms, and found that the volume of stop-smoking searches was about 25-percent higher on Mondays than on the rest of the days of the week. Researchers say the findings are important because previously it was believed that the impulse to quite smoking was random or chaotic, and with the new knowledge public health campaigns and stop-smoking efforts could direct more of their resources toward the beginning of the week and have better results.

I don’t care what day of the week it is that you stop smoking.  Just as long as you quit!
