(HOUSTON, TX)– The Cut And Shoot community is feeling some relief after an arrest in the killing of store owner Sam Sadruddin. 19-year-old Joseph Gutierrez of Conroe is charged with capital murder and a 13-year-old juvenile has also been questioned in the case. Sam’s good friend Jack Smith witnessed the killing.

Smith told KHOU-11 he hopes Sam’s family and friends can feel that justice for Sam is a little closer.

Gutierrez has prior arrests for possession of marijuana and assault of a family member.
