Heard the TJMS talk about this story this morning and I had to post it.
Long Island, New York, 17-year-old Kwasi Enin has been accepted at all eight of the Ivy League schools — Brown, Columbia, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania and Yale.
Enin scored a 2,250 out of 2,400 on the SAT, which is the 99th percentile for all students taking the exam, and ranks in the top two percent of his class.
The William Floyd High School senior says he wants to follow in the footsteps of his parents, who are both immigrants from Ghana, and study medicine. As for which one of the Ivies he’ll go to, Enin hasn’t decided, but said he’s leaning towards Yale.
Congratulations to this incredible young man on this incredible feat!
