Lupita Nyong’o has been named the “Most Beautiful” woman by People magazine.
The Oscar winner reacted to the news saying,
“It was exciting and just a major, major compliment. I was happy for all the girls who would see me on it and feel a little more seen.” She added, “Light skin and long, flowing, straight hair…subconsciously you start to appreciate those things more than what you possess.”
Lupita also confessed that it was her mother who always told her she was beautiful. The 31-year-old recently signed a deal with Lancome Paris.
