(NEEDVILLE, TX) — A Needville-area man faces several charges after he allegedly attacked his ex-girlfriend and her daughter.
It happened around 10 p.m. Monday in the 17900 block of Coldale Glen Lane west of FM 1464 in Fort Bend County‘s Twin Oaks Village subdivision.
Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies said Kyon Mitchell, 36, had been in an argument with his ex-girlfriend and her daughter. The argument escalated to where Mitchell had the woman pinned on the ground in the garage and was choking her.

Deputies said the woman’s daughter stopped the attack when she stabbed the suspect in the back with a knife.
Mitchell was transported by Life Flight to Memorial Hermann Hospital, but was released the next day.
He was in the Fort Bend County Jail on Wednesday with charges for assault and aggravated assault.
Bond was set at $25,000.
