Kevin Roper, the truck driver who crashed into Tracy Morgan’s limo on Saturday, June 7th in New Jersey, pleaded not guilty in court yesterday.
Roper is facing charges of death by auto and assault by auto. His said that he is the scapegoat for this accident because there was a celebrity involved.
Meanwhile, Tracy is now being listed in critical but stable condition. His friend, comedian James “Jimmy Mac” Mcnair was killed in the crash.
