FULSHEAR, TX (Covering Katy) – We don’t know if it was the fries or the shakes that attracted an alligator to the Fulshear McDonald’s, but it needed help to get back to a nearby creek.
It happened Thursday night at the restaurant on FM 1093 at FM 1463.
Police Capt. Mike McCoy utilized a dog leash and collar to help relocate the gator from the drive-thru area to a nearby creek.
The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office tweeted photos of the six-foot-long creature in the drive-thru area Thursday night.
Covering Katy reader Abraham Sanabria also sent us photos of the effort to remove the animal. See more photos on CoveringKaty.com.
