While the world is watching 13-year old MoNet Davis make history as the first girl to pitch a shut out in the Little League World Series, little girls everywhere are seeing a newer and more positive definition of what it means to ‘throw like a girl‘.  For so long, that phrase has had a negative connotation and has negatively effected the self esteem of young girls of a certain age. To throw, punch or run like a girl is as much an insult to a person as saying something is ‘gay’.  Kudos to MoNet Davis and Always for promoting girl power!. When someone tells you that you throw like a girl, tell them, “I sure do!”  Watch the video below and share with a girl you know.
