Toni Braxton has settled her child support battle with ex-husband, Keri Lewis former Mint Condition keyboardist. Toni accused Keri of not paying child support for their 2 two songs, 11-year old Denim and 10 year old Diezel. The six time Grammy winner served her ex-husband with a child support contempt lawsuit last October 31, 2014 in Georgia Court. The contempt lawsuit sought to have court order find that Lewis had not been paying the ordered support, and to obtain an order to collect back child support. Toni’s personal and financial problems got worse in 2010. She filed for bankruptcy twice and was also diagnosed with lupus.
