The smithsonian’s National Museum of African Art announced it will display a sign explaining to visitors that an exhibition featuring Bill Cosby’s private art collection is about the artist in the collection, not a tribute to the comedian. Despite sexual abuse allegations the exhibition will remain on display. Smithsonian spokeswoman Linda St. Thomas says the museum install the sign recently. She says the sign will essentially say the museum does not condone Cosby’s behavior.
