After being one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL his rookie season 2012, all signs point to RG3 not being on the same level again, according to one NFL offensive coach. Talking with ESPN.com’s Mike Sando for his annual ranking of quarterbacks, the coach mentioned Griffin’s current place in the league, saying, ‘There’s no coming back.’ Sando went on to say, ‘Griffin is done,’ ‘The reason is, the injury slowed his legs, and his ego will not allow him to his rock bottom and actually grind his way back up the right way,’
