Ten year NFL veteran and ESPN analyst Ray Lewis talks to the Tom Joyner Morning Show about his partnership in the Let’s Move program initiated by First Lady Michelle Obama. His new book, I Feel Like Going On: Life, Game, and Glory comes out in October.
“When me and Michelle’s movement first started…we figured out that our initiatives are really the same. A lot of us are doing a lot of things individually but it’s so important that like-minded people get together and combine. We want to teach people you must take care of your body because ti’s the only thing you have at the end of every day,” Lewis said.
