Roland Martin talks to National Urban League’s Marc Morial about the lack of diversity at this year’s Oscars and the calling of a meeting with film studios to diversify their hiring efforts.
“Hollywood has a long history of making and breaking promises. Taking any controversy around inclusion an race and treating it like a public relations strategy. The bigger problem, we need people on social media, we need people in Hollywood to not let this die. We have so much talent in our community that deserve a seat at the table,” Morial said.
