A Lamar High School student sparks outrage after attending an off-campus party Saturday (4/09/16) in blackface.
A screenshot of a Snapchat video recorded at the party appears to show a teen in black paint on her face and wearing a T-shirt with the face of the late rapper Tupac.
The party, that was off-campus, was supposedly organized by a secret social club called “Wichaka.”
Student reaction is mixed with some saying the photo is being misinterpreted.
