The chiefs of the FBI and the NSA will testify before Congress today about allegations that the Russians meddled in the 2016 U.S. elections.

They are expected to be grilled on whether the Russians did so with help from some members of President Donald Trump’s inner circle. The testimony by FBI Director James Comey and the NSA director, Admiral Mike Rogers, before the House Intelligence Committee will be public.
