R. Kelly is facing a lawsuit after being accused of having an affair with a married woman. According to Page Six,
A Mississippi sheriff’s deputy filed a lawsuit against the R&B singer, claiming he suffered “emotional, psychological and financial loss” due to Kelly cheating with his wife. Hinds County Deputy Kenny Bryant says that his wife, Asia Childress, admitted to having a relationship with the R&B singer before their wedding in July 2012. The deputy claims that Kelly and his wife rekindled things in October following their wedding, after she went to one of his concerts.
Bryant says that shortly after, his wife convinced him to quit his job and move to Atlanta to further his career. However, he believes that this was so that his wife could continue her affair with Kelly.
Fameolous, screenshots of alleged text messages between Bryant and an unknown woman have surfaced, showing that he was cheating as well.
Speechless. R. Kelly has yet to respond the suit.
