Quincy Jones says that Michael Jackson’s estate owes him $30 million in royalties. According to Rolling Stone,

The famed producer sued MJ’s estate back in 2013, claiming that he was owed $10 million for several projects that were released after the singer’s death in 2009 — including the 25th anniversary rerelease of Bad, a Cirque du Soleil production, and the This Is It concert film and live album. The lawsuit has now reached Los Angeles Superior Court, where Jones claims the estate now owes him $30 million.

Jones’ lawyer, Mike McKool, said that the producer did not receive his proper share of licensing fees from the posthumous releases or royalties from the renewed interest in Michael Jackson’s catalog following his death.

Oh snap!!  Doesn’t sound good.
