TMZ has reported that,
Quincy Jones says he is a victim of elder abuse in his legal battle against Michael Jackson’s estate. Newly filed documents said that Jones says Sony Music and MJJ Productions took advantage of his old age. He went on to say that Sony and MJJ tricked him by labeling money from MJ’s music as profits instead of royalties — which he would have received a portion of. A judge, however, denied Jones’ motion to have financial elder abuse added to the lawsuit.
This is crazy.
