While first-responders are busy in the relief efforts of the Harvey flood event, some local eateries are doing their part to make sure they are also well fed.

Goode Company Barbeque restaurants (Kirby Drive, Katy Freeway, Northwest Freeway) are offering free meals to first responders for the foreseeable future (dine in and take out). Goode Co. asks that first responders coordinate pick ups through BBQ managers.

Corner Bakery Cafe is offering free coffee to all volunteers at all Houston locations.

Peli Peli Kitchen is currently in the middle of providing 20,000 meals to the Red Cross. The operation has been ongoing since Wednesday. On top of the meals for evacuees, first responders can come by for meals at its location.

Killen’s BBQ and Kellen’s Burgers is continuing a fundraiser to feed evacuees and first-responders. The restaurants are hoping to raise $200,000 to provide 30,000 meals. You can donate at their GoFundMe page.

Ooh La La Dessert Boutique is offering a free dessert or drink to first-responders Friday through Sunday.

SeaSide Poke in the East Village is reopening at noon today and will provide complimentary poke bowls to first-responders.

Outback Steakhouse on Westheimer and in Katy will be serving all first responders free of charge.

Fogo de Chao is offering all first responders a free lunch or dinner at restaurants in both Houston (8250 Westheimer Rd.) and The Woodlands (1900 Hughes Landing Blvd. Suite 400) now through at least Sept. 15.

Dish Society are feeding first-responders complimentary meals through Sunday.

B&B Butchers is offering a complimentary “Houston Heroes” menu for all first-responders Friday through the weekend. If they can’t, B&B is also donating and delivering over 1,000 meals tomorrow to the first-responders and evacuees.
