Ingredients
2 Chilean Sea Bass fillets
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (Darius uses dill, scallion, thyme, cilantro, and basil)
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
