According to The Daily Beast,
Law enforcement sources are saying that the Las Vegas gunman, Stephen Paddock, might have been planning to attack a different festival a week before the attack at the “Route 91 Harvest Festival.” Paddock reportedly rented several condos at the Ogden — which overlooked the “Life Is Beautiful Festival” in Las Vegas, that was headlined by Chance the Rapper and Lorde. Chance has not responded to the alleged reports.
