The City of Houston Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is monitoring the potential for cold temperatures, with the possibility of sleet and snow over the next few days.
Forecasters with the National Weather Service say that cold temperatures and wet conditions may cause sleet and snow to fall in the Houston area beginning Tuesday morning and through Wednesday.
Residents should prepare for freezing rain, sleet, and snow. This include impacts to roadways.
As of now most schools closed tomorrow. Stay warm, be smart, be safe!
