Attention all athletes from ages 11 – 25, The Cameron Juniel Project, Who We Play For, and the Cody Stephens Foundation have partnered to offer FREE 5 minute EKGs on Sunday, January 28th beginning at 11:30am by licensed professionals.
All participants will be served on a first come, first served basis and a consent/liability form is required. Participants 17 years and younger must be accompanied by their guardian in order to receive a screening. CPR and other valuable resources will be available. Registration is encouraged and can be found below. Forms can be sent in advance by midnight on Saturday, January 27th.
