DMX is heading back to jail after failing his drug tests. According to TMZ,
The rapper was taken into custody on Tuesday (January 30th) after testing positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone, which violated the terms of probation in his tax evasion case. U.S. Attorney Nicholas Biase made note of X’s recent behavior, which was shown in a video of him preaching about God at a St. Louis airport bar. Witnesses claimed that the rapper was drinking and buying alcoholic beverages for others.
