Forget sweating for the wedding, the new fitness trend involves getting into “proposal shape.” According to The Sun,
The Knot reports that 25 percent of couples discuss marriage almost two years before getting engaged, and that 33 percent shop together for a ring. So young women and men are preparing for that moment they’ll post a photo to Instagram announcing they’re engaged by getting into “proposal shape.” A survey from Brides magazine found 60 percent of couples took engagement photos, and 39 percent posted photos and/or video of the proposal on social media.
