Spacious! According to TMZ,
Tyler Perry is building a humongous estate near his studio in Georgia. He’s been designing and building the property, which encompasses 35,000 square feet on 1,200 acres, for three years. Perry will reportedly turn the land into an organic farm with horses and other animals.
