Nick Gordon, the man who was found civilly liable for the 2015 wrongful death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, was arrested on domestic violence charges for the second time in two years over the weekend. Gordon was arrested in Seminole, Florida, after allegedly getting into a physical confrontation with his girlfriend. TMZ.com reports that Gordon maintains that his girlfriend refused to leave his residence and throw a bottle at him. She then allegedly attacked him and ripped his shirt.

  • Gordon’s girlfriend provided a total different account of what transpired. She alleges that she picked him up from a bar and while driving home, he struck her several times in the right side of her face. He also allegedly pulled her hair and threatened to make her crash the car.
  • Gordon was placed under arrest despite his girlfriend’s lack of cooperation because her injuries were visible.
  • Gordon was arrested in 2017 for domestic violence but the case stalled when his then girlfriend refused to cooperate.
  • The former Houston family friend began dating Bobbi Kristina Brown after the death of Whitney Houston. The relationship was tumultuous and allegedly plagued with violence. Gordon has been a person of interest since Brown’s death in 2015 and he was found guilty of wrongful death. He currently owes Brown’s estate a $36 million judgment.
