They say “know your worth, then add taxes on it” after long negotiations between Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and Cowboys Wide Receiver, CeeDee Lamb, an agreement has finally been reached in a enormous four-year contract extension.

Lamb, who attended John and Randolph Foster High School in Richmond, Texas, makes history becoming the 2nd highest paid non QB in NFL history with a $136 million deal which includes a $38 million signing bonus, the largest given to a wide receiver.

During negotiations, Lamb held out on attending spring games and practices and was fined nearly $50,000 a day.

This would be the first negotiations of this season, up next is Dak Prescott who is also in his final season of his contract.

Lamb was picked in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft and has been to three Pro Bowls. In 2022 and 2023, he had the most catches of any NFL player, with 242 receptions.
