HOUSTON (KTRK) — Authorities are asking the public for help in locating a man who robbed a Walgreen’s in northwest Harris County.

On May 5, a man walked into the Walgreen’s at 1403 West FM 1960 and approached the checkout counter. He pulled out a gun and demanded the clerk give him the money from the cash register. The clerk gave him the money and he fled the store. He may have left in unknown type of red car. The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male in his early to mid-twenties. He is around 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall and weighs between 160 to 175 pounds. He was wearing a black jacket, light-colored shorts with black and white high-top tennis shoes. He also had on a red baseball cap and sunglasses. Investigators say another nearby Walgreen’s was robbed on April 14 around 8:40pm by a suspect wearing very similar clothing.
